Melammu Products are generally produced on demand following receipt of an order.

Products are manufactured by independent Third Party Makers using Melammu's original designs.

Where a Product is manufactured specifically in response to an order, printed to order, embroidered to order, or otherwise produced on demand, Consumers acknowledge that production may begin shortly after purchase. Such Products may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange solely because the Consumer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wishes to receive the Product, except where required by applicable law. As many Products are created specifically in response to an individual order, production may commence shortly after purchase.

Where a Product has been personalised, customised or produced specifically for a Consumer, statutory cancellation rights may not apply.

Please see our full Refund Policy and Terms of Service prior to purchase to ensure that you agree to these terms as Made-to-Order and Custom Production is governed in the UK by less consumer friendly legislation due to the fact work is only commenced upon order by the customer.
